SIMPLE PRO HANDYMAN

At Simple Pro Handyman, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we have implemented a strict no refund policy to maintain fairness and transparency in our business operations. Please review the following details regarding our no refund policy:

 

1. Service Completion

 

Once our handyman services have been completed, including labor and any materials supplied by Simple Pro Handyman, no refunds will be issued. We consider the project concluded and payment for services rendered to be final.

 

2. Customer Responsibility

 

It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly assess their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure their satisfaction before proceeding with the project. We encourage open communication during the project to address any concerns or modifications required.

 

3. Change Requests

 

In situations where a customer requests changes or modifications to the original project scope, any additional costs associated with the requested changes will be communicated in writing and both parties agreed upon before proceeding. These additional costs will not be eligible for refunds once the changes have been implemented.

 

4. Material Responsibility

 

Simple Pro Handyman is not responsible for any products or materials that customers choose to purchase on their own, without being supplied by Simple Pro Handyman. Any products or materials provided by the customer for use in the project are solely the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for any issues related to customer-supplied materials.

 

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

 

Simple Pro Handyman does not permit chargeback fraud disputes. If a customer initiates a chargeback through their credit card company or financial institution without valid grounds, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the disputed funds and associated costs, and also as per the agreement with Simple Pro Handyman, in the event of a dispute or charge-back, the client agrees to be responsibility for all associated legal fees. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing any concerns our customers may have. We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve any issues within our control. However, refunds will not be provided solely based on customer preference or a change of mind. Please carefully review our no refund policy before engaging our services. If you have any questions or need further clarification, we are here to assist you.
