1. Acceptance of Terms :

Welcome to Simple Pro Handyman! By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services :

Simple Pro Handyman provides professional handyman services for general repairs, maintenance, installations, and renovations. Our services encompass a wide range of household and commercial tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and assembly.

 

3. Product Responsibility :

Simple Pro Handyman is not responsible for any products or materials that customers choose to purchase on their own, without being supplied by Simple Pro Handyman. Any products or materials provided by the customer for use in the project are solely the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. No Honor and No Refund Policy :

Simple Pro Handyman operates with a strict no honor and no refund policy period. Once the services have been provided, including labor and materials supplied by Simple Pro Handyman, no refunds, partial refunds or reimbursements will be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to assess their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure their satisfaction before proceeding with the project.

 

5. Scheduling and Cancellations :

We strive to accommodate our clients' schedules to the best of our abilities. Once an appointment is scheduled, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee charge.

 

6. Payment Terms:

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Simple Pro Handyman accepts various forms of payment, including cash and credit cards or types of cards.  Invoices will clearly outline the services provided and associated costs. For online bookings, there will be an additional percentage charged for transaction fees on all major credit card payments. However, if you prefer to pay in cash, Apple Pay, or PayPal, no extra transaction fees will apply. Please note by agreeing to work with Simple Pro Handyman, you acknowledge and accept that Simple Pro Handyman doesn't permit you to initiate a disputed charge-back for fraud when we have successfully completed a job or project. We have a strict no refund policy in place, and once services has been rendered, refunds will be not provide under any circumstances.

 

7. Liability and Warranty :

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our work, Simple Pro Handyman shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may arise during or as a result of our services. We recommend clients to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their property. We provide one year warranty on labor with Simple's  Pro Handyman's own supplied material, and any defective workmanship reported within this period will be rectified free of charge. We provide 30 days warranty on labor with Client's own supplied materials, Simple Pro Handyman is not responsibility for any damage that client bought own supplied.

8.) Change Order:

Customer requires report Simple Pro Handyman any changes or additions to the initially agreed-upon services, a change order may be necessary, both parties must mutually agreed upon on the new changes. This may include additional services, materials, or modifications to the project. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

9.) Final Inspection and Happy Before signing:

Before signing off on the completion of the project, we encourage you to conduct a final inspection. It is important that you are satisfied with the work performed by Simple Pro Handyman. Once you sign off on the project as satisfactory, it is indicates your acceptance and approval of the completed work.

10.) Insurance & Loss Coverage:

Simple Pro Handyman maintains general liability insurance coverage for any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of our services. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your property is adequately insured against any loss or damage that may occur during the service.
 

11.) Intellectual Property :

All content, including logos, text, images, and designs on the Simple Pro Handyman website, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

 

12.) Privacy Policy :

We respect the privacy of our clients and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

13.) In Accordance with California Law, by engaging Simple Pro Handyman to the fee of $500.00 dollars for per day. For Projects that extend beyond a single day, the rate of $500.00 per day will apply for each additional day. Alternatively, or for Extensive projects, an hourly billing rate of $200.00 and up to $350 will be applied, with the total cost calculated base on the number of hours worked. It is the customer's responsibility to review and agree to these terms with Simple Pro Handyman before Signing any agreement, acknowledging that they have understood and accepted the terms without hesitation or reservation.

14.) Legal Attorney and Customer's agreement to Pay Simple Pro Handyman's Attorney fees:

In the event of any legal dispute or litigation arising from the use of our services, you agree to pay Simple Pro Handyman's attorney fees and Simple Pro Handyman's insured's attorney fees and any associated legal costs, should Simple Pro Handyman be the prevailing party in such proceedings.
