Warranty: No refunds will be provided for the work or services once the project is completed under the contract.

 

The warranty provided by Simple Pro Handyman is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Coverage: The warranty covers the workmanship and materials used in the services provided by Simple Pro Handyman. It guarantees that the completed work will be free from defects for a period of 30 days or 1 to 2 years from the date of completion, it is depend on units 

 

2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, or any modifications or repairs made by parties other than Simple Pro Handyman.

 

3. Notification: In the event that the Client discovers any defects in the work completed or the materials used within the warranty period, it is the Client's responsibility to notify Simple Pro Handyman in writing within 30 days of the completion date. Failure to provide timely notification may void the warranty.

 

4. Warranty Work: Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Simple Pro Handyman will assess the reported issue and, at its sole discretion, determine whether warranty work or material replacement is necessary. Simple Pro Handyman reserves the right to inspect the premises and the completed work before proceeding with any warranty-related services.

 

5. Remedies: If the warranty claim is deemed valid, Simple Pro Handyman will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue by providing warranty work. The extent of the remedy will be determined by Simple Pro Handyman, taking into consideration the nature and severity of the reported defect.

 

6. Limitations: Simple Pro Handyman's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original services provided. Simple Pro Handyman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the warranty claim.

 

7. Voiding the Warranty: The warranty will be void if the Client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty statement or if the Client attempts to repair or modify the work completed by Simple Pro Handyman without prior written consent.

8. Simple Pro Handyman will be void if the client or other third parties  tries to repair or modify the complete work without obtaining prior written consent. Simple Pro Handyman reserves the right to refuse warranty services in such cases. Additionally, Simple Pro Handyman takes screen pictures and video before and after completing the work to document the original condition and the completed work. These pictures and video may be used as evidence in the event of warrant claim.

 

By engaging Simple Pro Handyman's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
